Project Manager - Training Centre 

Location: Finspång and Trollhättan

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the full project cycle, from planning to execution of projects in the area of business transformation
• Working closely with the project sponsor and stakeholders to reassure alignment of outcome to overall business’ objectives
• Planning and submitting budget requests based on business plan
• Working closely with subject matter experts and external suppliers on successful design and implementation of web-based training deliveries based on transformation of existing content
• Working in a global setting and collaborating with teams based in multiple locations.

Previous experience of leading complex projects in a global setting and change management is required.
An understanding of training organisation and design of training content and web-based training deliveries are strongly desired.

Your profile:
• You are a leader with coordination skills and team building skills, result oriented, target focussed and can work in an environment with high demands.
• You have strong ability to co-operate with both internal and external stakeholders/colleagues.
• You have a degree from university or other relevant education.
• You have good knowledge in English and Swedish both in writing and verbal.
